We suggest you try Nordic walking, an easy and natural activity suitable for people of all ages and physical degrees of fitness. Nordic walking is fitness walking with specially designed poles and grew from cross-country skiing. A real cure-all for your heart and lungs: it tones up all the body's muscles and favours keeping a correct posture also in every day life. What’s awaiting you? An easy two-hour excursion led by Alberto, an INWA (International Nordic Walking Federation) certified instructor. It is the chance you were waiting for to find yourself again and be in contact with nature, deeply breathing all mountain scents .
